SemiconductorStore.com to Distribute Alliance Memory Products

HAWTHORNE, CA—June 20, 2006 – SemiconductorStore.com, the award-winning eCommerce division of Symmetry Electronics, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Alliance Memory, formerly part of Alliance Semiconductor, to continue distribution of their Fast Asynchronous Memory products.

Under the terms of the agreement, SemiconductorStore.com is authorized to promote and sell Alliance Memory’s complete line of products including their full range of 3.3V and 5V Asynchronous SRAM. “ We are fortunate to have this new relationship with Alliance Memory,” said Fred Scott, VP of Marketing for Symmetry Electronics, the parent company for SemiconductorStore. “The Symmetry Electronics Group, including the SemiconductorStore is working closely with Alliance Memory to make this a very smooth transition for the customers who seek their already familiar products and our excellent service and design-in capabilities.”
