- Close Internet Explorer
- With the mouse, press Right Click on the Internet Explorer Icon and choose Properties. (or from the Start Menu choose the Settings and the Control Panel. Open the Internet Settings).
- Click on the Delete Cookies button.
- Press OK, to delete all cookies.
- Press OK to close the screen .
- You can go back to the Home Page
