Dual-Band Power Amplifier ICs from SST

SST's Series of Dual-Band Power Amplifier ICs consists of a GaAs MMIC (SST13LP01) designed for 2.4GHz & 5GHz W-LANs operating at 3.3V power supplys and a high efficiency amplifier based on the highly reliable InGaP/GaAs HBT technology (SST13LP02).

The SST13LP02, with its 4x4mm 25-pin WQFM package can easily be confgured for high power applications operating over the entire 802.11a/b/g frequency band for US, European and Japanese markets.

The SST13LP01 GaAs MMIC consists of 2 amplifiers: 1 is a three stage amplifier for 5GHz and the other is a two-stage amplifier for 2.4GHz. Each of these internal amplifiers is based on InGaP/GaAs HBT technology and include detector and matching circuitry for each band.
