Payment Terms

We support multiple options for payment methods, all are listed below.




Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit cards, purchase cards, and major bank debit cards that are issued by MasterCard, VISA and American Express.

Please note, we will not charge your card until you order is ready to be shipped.

We at Symmetry take security very seriously, we store your credit card in a highly encrypted and secure manner. Once your order is shipped & archived, the credit card information is discarded automatically.



Terms: We offer credit terms for our customers.

Credit terms may be available upon credit application approval.

For customers without approved credit terms, you can still place your order and select "Terms" as the method of payment. You must complete the following credit application and email it with additional paperwork listed below.

Customers with resale certificates must provide them within 24 hours of submitting your order to be valid.

A late payment charge of 1 ½% per month (annual percentage rate of 18%) shall be charged on all past due accounts and the customer shall pay SymmetryElectronics.com all costs incurred by it in collecting any past due account from the customer, including all court costs and attorney's fees, provided however, if the foregoing charges exceed that rate which may be lawfully charged under applicable law, then such charges shall be calculated so as not to exceed the lawful rate.



Credit Application: Please complete and email us the following documents.

Please include the following:

  • Completed credit application form.
  • 1 Bank trade reference (for funds verification)
    • The following information is required:
      • Bank Name
      • Account Number
      • Bank's contact information
      • Name, Telephone Number, Email Address, Fax Number

  • 3 trade references.
    • The following information is required:
      • Company Name
      • Address
      • Phone Number
      • Email Address
      • Fax Number



PayPal: We accept PayPal payments.

Once your order is processed, we will email you a proforma invoice with payment instructions on how to pay via PayPal.

Please note, we only accept payment in US dollars.



Bank Wire Transfer: We accept payments via Bank Wire Transfer.

Once your order is processed, we will email you a proforma invoice with payment instructions on how to wire the funds. Your order will be shipped once we receive the funds in full. *

Please note that Wire Transfer will include an additional $25 for fees incurred by the bank.

ACH - Automated Clearing House: We accept payments via ACH.

Please note, ACH payments are only available from domestic (USA) based customers/banks.

Check/Cashier Check: We accept company/cashier checks.

Please note, check payments are only available from domestic (USA) based customers/banks issued in US Dollars.

Once your order is processed, we will email you a proforma invoice with the final payment amount to be paid.

Company checks, may take longer time to process for verifications of funds.
