Accelerated Processors for Embedded Applications

Accelerated Processing Units (APU) combine CPU technologies and AMD Radeon graphics in a single chip. GPUs far exceed CPUs floating point capabilities so AMD combined the CPU and the GPU to create the Accelerated Processing Unit (APU).
