Symmetry has made Cellular M2M design easier with custom Cellular IN-A-BOX quick-start development kits based on Telit CE910, DE910, HE910 and GE864-GPS M2M modules. Included in each kit is everything required to begin a cellular design for a variety of applications. The kits provide a stable hardware platform to begin software development along with a software tool that verifies the setup. The various cellular technologies supported include: 3G, HSPA+, GSM, CDMA, 1xRTT, EVDO; GPS tracking capabilities are available with some of the kits. GSM GE864-GPS Included in GSM+GPS IN-A-BOX - GE864-GPS is the smallest GSM/GPRS module in the market integrating full 48-channels A-GPS functionality. It combines the high performance from Telit's proven GSM/GPRS core technology with the latest SiRFstarIV™ high sensitivity single-chip A-GPS receiver. The Ball-Grid-Array (BGA) package allows the end application to have a very low profile and small overall dimensions, making it possible for the design of extremely compact location based services solutions. Since connectors are eliminated, the solution cost is significantly reduced as compared to conventional mounting. HE910 Included in 3G-IN-A-BOX - HE910 modules are small, lightweight, low power consumption and RoHS compliant devices which combine the access to digital communication services in GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS and HSPA networks with Land-Grid Array (LGA) form factor.
CDMA CE910-DUAL Included in CDMA 1xRTT IN-A-BOX - CE910-DUAL is a dual band 1x RTT wireless module supporting up/down link data rates up to 153.6 kbps. Its compact LGA form factor is pin-to-pin compatible throughout the xE910 family, allowing an easy integration of different 2G-3G wireless technologies into the same design. DE910-DUAL Included in CDMA EVDO IN-A-BOX - DE910-DUAL is a dual band 1xEV-DO Rev. A 3G wireless module supporting down-link data rates up to 3.1 Mbps and uplink data rates up to 1.8 Mbps. The DE910-DUAL offers complete backward compatibility to 1xRTT. Moreover, it is designed to have the same form factor of its UMTS / HSPA counterpart product family, the HE910.
