Design Engineers and purchasing professionals can buy everything from development and proto-type kits, samples, and production run items. In addition to the eMarketplace capabilities Semiconductorstore.com offers design resources, such as trade publications, application notes, detailed product information, data sheets, trade show and conference announcements, trade association information, cross reference tools and much more.

3. How do I get a username and password?
First time / Credit Card Customers: once you are ready to purchase click on the “check out” button and you will be asked to submit a username and password.
Established Customers with terms: Download and complete the username request form and fax it back to us. You will be issued a username and password by email within 24 hours.
4. What happens if I forget my username or password?
Contact us, and will issue a new username and password.
5. What if I have a question, can I call someone?

6. Do you have a minimum order?
There is no minimum order for domestic orders, however a $15 handling fee is added to domestic orders under $50. There is a minimum order of US$250 for orders shipped outside of North America.
7. How do I know if the product I want to buy is in stock?
You can verify stock by contacting our sales staff at (310) 643-3470, by email, or live chat. If you place an order, and the goods are not in stock, a sales rep will contact you by email with the delivery time.
8. What about shipping costs? Are they included in my order?
All domestic orders are shipped via the best 2-day service available and are FOB shipping point. The calculated shipping and handling charges will be added to your order. Upon shipping, an invoice will be emailed to you with the detail of all charges.
9. What if my shipment is lost?
One of the great features of our site is you can log into your account and retrieve all the information for your shipment including the tracking number. If you do not receive your order or it appears lost, you can track your order yourself on line, or you can call, chat or email one of our sales reps during the hours of 8:00-5:00 Pacific Time.
10. What are the payment terms?
For first-time customers, payment terms are by major credit card. SemiconductorStore.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For returning customers issued a username and password, credit terms are available upon credit approval. Please download our credit application .
