Product Information

The XC61FN4012MR is a highly accurate, low power consumption voltage detector, manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. A delay circuit is built-in to each detector. Detect voltage is extremely accurate with minimal temperature drift. CMOS output configuration is available. Since the delay circuit is built-in, peripherals are unnecessary and high density mounting is possible. Torex voltage detectors are the power management ICs that watch over the input voltage and detect when the input voltage drops below the set detect value. Additionally, Torex Power Management Voltage Detectors work to protect the battery by alarming and watching if the input voltage comes from a rechargeable battery.
