Based on the EFRB32BG22 SoC, the BGM220S offers enhanced performance, power, size, and security to support battery powered IoT products running on Bluetooth networks. Measuring at just 6x6 mm, the BGM220S SiP is among one of the industries smallest and most affordable Bluetooth connectivity solutions. Specifications include Arm Cortex-M33 processing core, up to 32Kb of RAM, up to 512kB of flash memory, and a 2.4GHz radio transceiver offering up to 6dBm output power.

BGM220P Wireless Gecko Bluetooth Module (PCB)

Part of the Silicon Labs’ Bluetooth Low Energy portfolio, the PCB-based BGM220P is a larger variant of the BGM220S–offering enhanced performance, security, and reliability to support battery-powered IoT products running on Bluetooth networks. Measuring at 12.9x15 mm, the BGM220P is optimized for wireless performance and offers a better link budget for greater range. Specifications include Arm Cortex-M33 processing core, up to 32Kb of RAM, up to 512kB of flash memory, and a 2.4GHz radio transceiver offering up to 8dBm output power.
