Lantronix Announces New xPico® Wi-Fi® Tower Module for Freescale Tower System

Irvine, Calif. - November 13, 2013 - Lantronix, Inc. (NASDAQ: LTRX), a global provider of smart networking and communications solutions for machine-to-machine (M2M) applications, today announced it has collaborated with Freescale® Semiconductor – a global leader in embedded processing solutions for the automotive, consumer, industrial and networking markets – to demonstrate a new evaluation board for its xPico® Wi-Fi® OEM module, designed specifically for the Freescale Tower™ System. The companies provided live product demonstrations on October 24, 2013 at the “Designing with Freescale Seminar Series” hosted in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The “Designing with Freescale Seminar Series” is a global event series providing tailored live training to embedded engineers on a broad range of Freescale solutions. In addition to providing the xPico Wi-Fi enabled Tower Module, Lantronix is a new member of the Freescale Connect Partner Program.
